Complete Service Terms

Company Information

The owner of the Motorcity Karting Arena webshop (hereinafter Webshop) is Motorcity OÜ (registry code 16051241), located at Laeva 1, Tallinn, 10111.

Basic Concepts and General Provisions

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Motorcity OÜ for the purchase of services. By using our services, you agree to enter into a legal agreement, comply with it, and confirm that you have read the privacy policy. If you do not agree with these purchase terms and/or privacy policy, you cannot use the services.

System – e-shop with installed tools located at www.motorcity.ee.

Service Provider – Motorcity OÜ registered in the Commercial Register at Laeva 1, Tallinn 10111, reg. code 16051241, VAT number EE102382930.

Client – a natural or legal person who, as an end user, purchases a Gift Card or orders services in the System or uses other services offered in the System, regardless of whether they order the Gift Card and use it independently or the rights to the Gift Card (e.g., as a gift) have been received from the person who purchased the Gift Card.

Gift Card – a gift card with a gift card code, upon activation of which the Client has the right to request one of the services specified on the gift card or offered in the System according to the terms specified on the gift card. The activated Gift Card code is the only document confirming the order and payment of the service selected according to the terms specified on the Gift Card.

Gift Card Code – the code marked on the Gift Card gives the right and opportunity to make a Booking.

Buyer – a private person who purchases a Gift Card through the System by submitting an Order and paying for it.

Privacy Policy – defines the purposes, sources, legal bases of personal data collected and processed about you, determines the rights of data subjects and the procedure for their implementation, and also provides other information required by applicable law related to the protection of your personal data.

Service – service offered by the Service Provider.

Account – personal account created in the System, protected by the Client's name and password.

Booking – selection and booking of a Service using the System's booking tool or in another manner specified on the Gift Card, using the Gift Card code(s).

Order – an action by which the Client performs the actions presented in the System to purchase a Gift Card. The term "gift" and/or "gifts" used in the System is the marketing equivalent of a Gift Card.

Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

The sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the Webshop.

The prices of services sold in the Webshop are marked next to the products. All prices of services sold in the webshop are in euros.

Information about the service is provided in the Webshop directly next to the service.

Order Processing

To purchase a service, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields. Then the amount to be paid will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following Maksekeskus AS payment methods:

  • β€’Estonian bank payments
  • β€’Finnish bank payments
  • β€’Latvian bank payments
  • β€’Lithuanian bank payments
  • β€’Visa/Mastercard card payments
  • β€’Apple Pay and Google Pay

When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the button 'Return to merchant' on the bank's page.

Right of Withdrawal

The purchased karting service or gift card is valid for an unlimited period.

The service or gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

The service can be gifted or transferred to another person.

The service is considered used from the moment the ride has actually taken place or the gift card has been registered for use.

Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The Webshop uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The Webshop forwards personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

The Webshop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to do so by entering an email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer can at any time opt out of offers and newsletters sent to email by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints about the Webshop, they should be sent to the email address info@motorcity.ee or call 5504555.

If the buyer and the Webshop cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the option to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Webshop. The review of the buyer's complaint in the committee is free of charge.

The buyer can turn to the European Union consumer dispute resolution platform.
