Terms & Conditions
Service agreement & rules
β‘Service agreement
- β’By booking and participating in electric karting sessions at Motorcity Karting Arena, you agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and safety requirements.
- β’All participants must be at least 8 years old and meet minimum height requirements (130cm) to safely operate electric karts.
- β’Valid identification is required for all participants. Minors must have parental consent and supervision.
β‘Booking & Payment
- β’All bookings must be made through our official booking system or at our facility.
- β’Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- β’Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur fees.
β‘Facility rules
- β’Participants must follow all safety instructions given by Motorcity staff at all times.
- β’Appropriate closed-toe footwear and clothing are required. Safety equipment will be provided.
- β’Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
- β’Aggressive driving, intentional collisions, or dangerous behavior may result in session termination without refund.
β‘Intellectual property
- β’All Motorcity content, logos, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
- β’Photography and video recording may occur at our facility for promotional purposes.
- β’Participants grant permission for their image to be used in Motorcity marketing materials unless explicitly opted out.

Racing safety rules & protocols
πPre-race requirements
- β’Must be at least 8 years old and 130cm tall
- β’Valid photo ID required for all participants
- β’Closed-toe footwear and appropriate clothing mandatory
- β’Complete safety briefing before first session
β‘On-track behavior
- β’Follow all marshal instructions immediately
- β’No intentional contact or aggressive driving
- β’Stay in your kart throughout the session
- β’Respect yellow and red flag conditions

- β’Helmets must be worn at all times on track
- β’Safety barriers and neck supports provided
- β’Report any equipment damage immediately
- β’No personal modifications to safety equipment

- β’Declare any health conditions or medications
- β’Pregnant participants cannot race for safety
- β’No participation under influence of substances
- β’Emergency procedures explained before racing

Liability waiver
Risk acknowledgment & legal Responsibilities
π‘οΈAssumption of risk
- β’Electric karting involves inherent risks including but not limited to collisions, mechanical failures, and physical injuries.
- β’Participants acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for their participation.
- β’All safety equipment and procedures are designed to minimize but cannot eliminate all risks.
π‘οΈLimitation of Liability
- β’Motorcity Karting Arena liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law.
- β’We are not liable for personal injuries resulting from participant failure to follow safety rules.
- β’Property damage caused by participant negligence is the participant's responsibility.
π‘οΈInsurance coverage
- β’Motorcity maintains comprehensive liability insurance for our facility and operations.
- β’Participants are advised to check their personal insurance coverage for recreational activities.
- β’Medical expenses may not be covered - participants should verify their health insurance.
π‘οΈWaiver requirements
- β’All participants must sign a liability waiver before racing.
- β’Minors require parent/guardian signature on waiver forms.
- β’Waivers are legally binding and limit claims against Motorcity.
- β’Refusal to sign waiver form results in exclusion from racing activities.

Waiver Validity
Liability waivers valid for 12 months from signing date.
Medical Emergency
Emergency medical costs are participant responsibility.
Parental Responsibility
Parents/guardians fully responsible for minor participant actions.
Critical Warning
By participating in electric karting activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all liability terms. This waiver affects your legal rights and limits your ability to seek compensation for injuries.
